Join the Ocean State Montessori School community for our annual Fall Open House, which kicks off admissions for the 2021-2022 school year. This year’s Fall Open House will be held virtually on Saturday, November 21st at 9am. Primrose was created to provide meaningful educational opportunities through play in a warm and naturalistic environment. We are comprised of one toddler classroom and Pre-k classroom, providing an intimate experience for families. Our organization works to advocate for children by helping families navigate through the complexities of educational rights. We work to provide a voice to families and to advocate for their child’s unique needs. We know that it takes courage to ask for help and how overwhelming it is to navigate through an educational system that doesn’t work for your child. We are the additional support that families need to discover their child’s potential and to remove educational obstacles.

This large playground has multiple play structures including a very large one with a rock climbing feature. In addition it has a sandbox, swings, picnic tables, and some shade. The feature of most interest, however, are the tires that kids will love climbing on.

The playground at Fragnoli Park has a play structure with a bridge and small slides, a sand box, water park area, and lots of swings. There is ample seating and nearby there is a batting cage and baseball field.

The playground in Slater Park is a lot of fun for kids of all ages. They have two large spiderweb climbers, a play structure suitable for older children as well as a section for young children/toddlers. There are swings, slides & right outside the gate is a large elephant statue. There is plenty of free parking, and Daggett Farm is practically right next to the playground. Within Daggett Farm there are ride on toys for kids to play with and animals to look at. Be aware that Daggett has very limited shade. Bring sunscreen and know that it gets hot! There is also lots to explore within Slater Park itself.

Kaleidoscope Theatre is a professional touring theatre company based in Cranston, Rhode Island. We are primarily a children’s theatre company providing educational performances to schools and fairy tale musicals to theaters throughout southern New England and beyond.
