Rhode Island Advocacy for Children is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization that was found by parents of children with special needs. Our organization works to advocate for children by helping families navigate through the complexities of educational rights. We work to provide a voice to families and to advocate for their child’s unique needs. We know that it takes courage to ask for help and how overwhelming it is to navigate through an educational system that doesn’t work for your child. We are the additional support that families need to discover their child’s potential and to remove educational obstacles.

The Warwick Center for the Art’s core commitment is to serve as a center dedicated to uniting the community through the arts. We will connect all ages and abilities to a variety of arts activities through exhibits, educational programs and cultural experiences. There are two small playgrounds located within the park, one geared towards preschoolers/toddlers and one for older children. Both feature a play structure with slides and climbing features. Note, there is limited shade at the playground.
This playground right on the water has a play structure with slides, monkey bars and climbing features as well as a swing set. Note that it is not fenced and is right by the water. Bring sunscreen as there is very little shade!
The Mission of the Coggeshall Farm Museum is to preserve this 1790s Rhode Island salt-marsh farm. We serve the local community and beyond as a living museum and vital educational resource through demonstration of daily farm activity and honest interpretation that reflects its historical, multicultural influence.

This playground consists of one a great, huge, wooden castle-like structure. There are turrets, bridges, monkey bars, stairs, slides, ramps as well as tires and ropes to climb on. Benches and picnic tables provide a great place to rest while your kids are playing.

This playground at Brayton Fields has a large play structure with fun features like a tic tac toe board, slides and climbing features, monkey bars and swings (including baby swings).

Music Together in Barrington is an early childhood music and movement program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the adults who love them.
Just Dance! strives to provide a fun and positive experience for all ages and levels while learning the art of Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre , Acro & Pointe.

This small playground beside the Glen Hills School has a swing set and a play structure with slides, as well as a little merry go round like toy. There are benches and picnic tables.
