Katie Hughes-Pucci

Katie is a lifelong Rhode Island resident, having grown up in East Providence and now living in Cranston. She lives with her husband and daughter (born 2022) and is navigating toddlerhood with humor and continual attempts at grace and patience! She graduated with a B.A. in Theatre and Writing from Providence College and a MFA in Creative Writing from Salve Regina University. Her humor writing has been published in McSweeney’s, The Belladonna Comedy, and Slackjaw Humor. Likes: Elder millennial pop culture, old homes, buying craft supplies and then abandoning the project, and fighting the patriarchy. Dislikes: Wet socks, open floor plans, parties that don’t serve cheese, and putting books on the shelf backwards as an aesthetic.
